I asked for a splash of oat milk (which is NOT an extra charge) and charged me for a "caffe misto" price and just gave me a... splash. I also asked for 2 pumps of syrup (which was charged) and gave me a half pump. They did not greet me with a smile, butthey greeted the next person who was speaking French with a smile. Super busy like any other Starbucks but atleast they had outdoor seating. Forget about seating inside, they limited spots and... they removed a lot of tables, couches and chairs. Hello ! So i?m already not the #1 fan of Starbucks but this location made it a lot harder to like it. The first reason is the... washroom as you could see in the picture, not at all acceptable for ?Starbucks?. Second is the fact that when you usually orderin they shouldn?t cover the cup so the whipped cream stays on top ours as anyone could tell had a lid on it and made it looklike this. Also they took out all of the tables and chairs which made sitting very very hard. Read more

I was going to use the drive thru, but the line up was crazy! Thankfully there was parking available and I was able to go in. It... wouldn't be my top choice for a sit and lounge locale, but they had a few tables available with high seats. I didn't notice ifthey had any more comfy seating, I wasn't planning to stay. Service was relatively quick despite the long drive thru line - theyhad their baristas sorted out well to make sure someone was dedicated to in-store customers while another took care of the drivethru orders. Considering their location, it makes more sense as a stop-along-the-way spot. Read more

Love this branch. service is fast and excellent. outdoor area is nice for an evening chill out with friends. just take note that... their drive through is almost always busy and it might take u 30min+ to get your drink. Read more

I?ve been here for many times but today was really bad experience I ordered a strawberry frap and less sugar no cream on the... top When I got my drink was too sweet even sweeter then my bf?s regular sugar drink and with cream on the top Then my bf toldthe girl who are blond and short who I never seen her before said we ordered less sugar but it?s rely sweet So she made new onefor me But you guys can see it?s white at all ??????? I understand if she is new stuff but she made wrong drink not even tome My bf ordered a regular sugar frap crml and it was like half sugar and there was a guy ordered a cold brew and she gave himiced coffee??! Came here on a Sunday afternoon to get some work done for school. I wasn?t sure if it was a student friendly place. So here is... my review: The music is a little loud, I?ve managed to get myself a little place in the corner with an outlet for myelectronics. I wish there were more sitting space available. I?m next to the bathroom, so a little busy here and there, whichis normal. I chose this area because of the corner and it?s a little more private. However, I must say that the washroom isn?tclean, a worker came to do a cleanup after almost 2 hours I was here, there was garbage all over the floor. Overall cleaning isokay, I?d have to add that the chandeliers have alot of dusts, they would need some love. Also, talking about cleaning, therewasn?t paper towel and spray available to wipe down my table nor chair. I find that in these covid times, it is crucial to haveaccess to cleaning products when needed. Customer service: Staff is nice, have good recommendations, friendly, didn?texperience any errors in my orders unlike other reviews I?ve read on here. Fyi, baristas talk louder than the music in the shop.I have AirPods pro with noise canceling and can here everything? but then again it?s normal. Similar to my other reviews regarding Starbucks in Canada, this is probably one of the worst ones yet. The service is very poor... - speed to coffee is very bad, and takes 20-30 minutes on average in the morning. It would appear they manage one customer per5-6 minutes. They?ve recently closed in the interior with no explanation other then management told us to close it. The line isterrible with cars and backs into the Provigo parking lot creating a catastrophic scenario where you are playing chicken withyour car and life. Avoid this Starbucks and close all of them in Canada. They are fundamentally destroying the brand. *update*- now confirmed to be the slowest, most disorganized Starbucks on the planet. There is more staff here then Buckingham Palace,yet the staff cannot efficiently deliver anything in any sort of speed. In addition to being the slowest Starbucks on theplanet, it?s almost the dirtiest one I?ve seen so far. They should probably tear this down and put in a Benihana instead so atleast people can enjoy their experience. *second update* - this is officially the worst location in the universe.
