I have been a starbucks loyal consumer for more than 30 years now and I have never ever encountered such rude employees ( the... supervisor and her employee friend). After her insolent behaviour and rude attitude, I will never visit that outlet in Rocklandand seriously thinking of switching brands, just to avoid meeting other sarcastic characters! Closing time today is 6:30pm, I came at 6:20pm and the girl who?s working there told me they close at 6:30pm but they?re... understaffed so she can?t serve me with a rude tone. What an excuse not to serve me, it?s so unprofessional. Some clients werejust served so they were drinking their coffee or wtv, there was no other client than me who wanted to order something so itwouldn?t even taken her much time to serve me plus they were 2-3 employees there.
