What an amazing place! The best memories we made during our visit to Maine were made here. At the suggestion of Scott (thanks... Scott!), we wondered over to have some bbq after spending time drinking with Goats at Turning Page Farm (fun!!). Kim and Mikewere such good people. I?m not exactly sure how long we stayed having drinks, food and great laughs with Glen at the bar butlong enough to shut the place down ????! We were trying to visit a brewery, but found out it was closed this weekend, so we ended up here. I am so glad we did. The... Food: I had the sausage in a roll with onions, peppers, and sauerkraut. The sausage was juicy and flavorful with a great snap.The sauerkraut was local and had a nice bite to cut through the meat. My husband had the steak and cheese sandwich with peppersand it was phenomenal. The best part of our meal was chatting with Mike and Kim. They were so friendly and helpful in helping upplan the rest of our trip. We were so lucky to be detoured today! Read more
The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I loved all of the things for sale here. The food is amazing! It was the best corn bread... and coleslaw I have ever tasted. First visit to the new (much bigger) place and I have to say it's even better than before! As always, excellent BBQ... The pork... is simply to die for and the chili was just right.
