I will say this I?m very disappointed and probably will never step foot into a Popeyes location again. First off I?m going to... say the drive thru only had 3 cars in it including mine and it still took over 30 minutes to get my food. Nextly when I got theorder the employees working were very rude I?ve never been to Popeyes before so of course I?m gonna ask questions but theemployees were rude and did not want to answer anything. I asked for a lot of butter and honey. Literally threw it into the carbasically with the food. The drinks were completely watered down and gross. The food was literally thrown all over the bag. Ourfries sat at the bottom of the back with the wrapper they are supposed to be in sitting on top of them. Why were they in it?Idk. Then I realized when they forgot a biscuit so I then had to go in and get it myself after leaving the drive thru. Our foodwas also cold and just gross. I will never step foot back into this place and I wish I could get a refund for the money I wastedthere. Don?t waste your hard earned money at this place. The fried chicken tasted ok. I like the mashed potatoes. In the past, when ordering through drive-thru, there was always one... piece chicken nuggets missing. Good food but that drive thru is from 1952. Won't talk to you until they're nearly done with the order in front. Must be trying... to keep their metrics up while being short staffed? Whatever the reason, it was surreal. Thought they were closed for a minuteor just forgot about the drive through. Tough times some places. Other than slow drive thru, no complaints. Good luck team.
