Ok so I ordered a heart shaped cookie cake with ?SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS? on it in orange! The writing on the cake looked like a 2... year old wrote it! It was terrible and the manager or whatever that old lady was just looked at me like I was speaking in aforeign language letting her no that that chicken scratch was unacceptable!!!! I am not sure which location the product that we had was purchased but I found a piece of plastic in one of the oatmeal raisin... cookies. I emailed them and there has been no response. And not to mention the cookie was nasty. Read more
Watched 5 people get waited on before us, when it was our turn, no one acknowledged we were standing there, as they stood there... in front of us. We decided to just walk away. Very disappointed and embarrassed that we stood there for 10 minutes waiting foreveryone to get waited on just to be ignored. Read more
