Food was fresh and hot. Anna provided great service.
Whomever was working the drive thru at this time, deserves a raise.. even though the order was kind of messed up, she handled it... very professionally and quickly; and all work a very kind voice, and beautiful smile.. the order was still very fast, aftercorrected, and hot.. fries were fresh, and again, she handled it wonderfully.. I will gladly return again, when in town.. Foodwas excellent, and extra napkins were provided(always a plus).. We originally stopped in for the honey glazed chicken and wafflesandwich, but the waffles were still frozen; so we ordered differently, and it was still wonderful.. thanks again. Update-03/07/22: still excellent service, and always fresh fries.. Young lady at drive thru today was polite and quick to get the mealout.. Ordered 2 large fries , one hardly had any fries in it the other was less than half full. This is not an exaggeration. Had to... tell them to put more in it ,one apologized, the other didn't like at all . She had to fry more french fries. They are notHISPANIC, but they can hardly speak English. A friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered we had coupons for 3 items the lady said she could accept all of them at... one time and we proceeded to pay at the window,when we handed her the money she proceeded to say that they didn't accept changeunless it was rolled as I spoke to her and asked why they didn't accept change and how it upset me she stated with a VERY BADATTITUDE that I was the one that came through the drive thru with change not her. All I can say is since when did businesses notaccept American currency and why did she have to be so rude to a customer that was simply trying to get breakfast for herfamily??? Do not expect an exceptional Job from that lady she isn't in the mood to deal with the public obviously. Read more
