I usually go to this Dunkin every morning. It?s great with its fast serving customer with no doubts. However, everytime I order... iced coffee(any type!) with less ice. They leave the top part empty, like seriously I paid M size coffee. When I told the ladyin drive thru window I was told u said less ice. Yes! Less ice means don?t put too much ice. Very nice and clean location. It?s a beautiful spot BUT i got exactly the opposite of what I ordered. Ordered chocolate... munchkins, for plain munchkins. Ordered Chocolate ganache donut, got chocolate sprinkle donut. I?m not mad bcuz I love all kindof donuts. But, why order just give me what you want to give me. The staff are great. In general I love this store. However recently they have no diet coke. Firstly, who runs out of a national... brand like that? Secondly as I use an app to order, they cannot refund me the price of the missing coke. You have to call upthe national dunking number and wade through a series of prompts, before getting very nice Indian I think representatives whohave the worse phone lines ever. You then have to argue to only get a refund of the single coke and not the whole order. Just apain I don't need. Getting one star until they fix it. Read more
