Poor customer service, rude person at the counter! All i wanted was sandwiches and ordered a Door Dash pickup and the guy... behind the counter acted like i was a major inconvenience for him to make my sandwiches! He said he couldn’t prep any of mysandwiches but then made them all. Ummm, ok! He told me that he only has one rotisserie chicken left and he needed to save itfor the week so he was wanting to cancel my order and send me to another Subway. (It’s not my fault that you only have onechicken left, what happened to first come, first serve). He told me he doesn’t have any pickles but he had some in the littlecontainer. I let him know i was going to contact his manager tomorrow and he said, “You tell me that after i make yoursandwiches.” He told me he has our conversation on video. Then, a lady came in when i was leaving and he told her they wereclosed (they don’t close until 9, it was 7). I was in my car and he yells out the door, “Mam, maybe you should answer yourphone!” Nope, don’t have a missed call and neither does my hubby! Never going there again!! Wow! Read more

Normally I’ve had a pretty fair experience with this location but today was just absolutely disappointing. To begin the two... young men working spent most of the time taking to each other rather than engaging with their 2 customers, this also included aconversation about how they can never actually take breaks which is separately concerning. Secondly in the mix of theirconversation I was giving my order which wasn’t fully heard. I got back to work to find the vegetables half frozen and nodressing which I requested. I feel bad because I know it’s not these guys fault but rather a lack of supervisory training.Whoever the owner/manager is should be more responsible. Read more

Every table in the restaurant is dirty and we where the only customer in there.filthiest bathroom I have ever seen mens/womans.... the manager should be fired . If the owner reads this go check out ur restaurant. Dirtiest subway I have ever been into. Read more

Placed an order online and paid for it. 5 mins prior to getting the order I get an email that my order was canceled. Not sure... why this was, it was two of the easiest sandwiches they have. Bread and Turkey, that's it. I call subway they act like they haveno idea what's going on, and keep passing the phone back and forth. I then ask if they can get my two subs made up, I'll bethere in less then 5 mins, as we were already on our way. The kid tells me no he doesn't know how to help, and kept repeatingI'll get a refund in 72 hours. I said I wasn't worried about the refund, I'd just like to get my order made up. He clearly wasnot listening and then says he can't help me. Super confused why my order was canceled. but more confused why they could not fixthe error and make up two sandwiches that was bread and turkey (as this was for two kids) Read more

When me and my family ordered here, all of our sandwiches were cold. I know this doesn't seem big but when you have chicken,... bacon, and cheese on your sandwich, it is very important to have it hot. Now with quarantine going on, and everyone orderingonline, subway should be paing more attention to quality control. Read more

Very lazy staff, never been to a Subway quite like it. Yesterday we had a large order, so we ordered ahead of time using the... Subway app. The app said our food would be ready in 15 minutes, but we waited for about 30 minutes because I know Subways canget busy so we wanted to give them a little bit of extra time. We got there & the 2 girls working were standing around on theirphones. We informed them we had placed an order on the app, and they walked over to the machine where the orders print out, andonly then started making our order. So we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to actually get our food. My sister had ordered asalad and they made a tuna salad instead of the Turkey salad she had ordered. That was ok with her b/c she likes tuna too, butwhen she asked for salad dressing they looked at her like she was a complete idiot & informed her that they only had mustard &mayo if she wanted that. Apparently this is the only Subway out of the dozens I've been to that does not have any saladdressings. Rather than argue with the already rude employees, she decided to just go find some salad dressing at home. But whenwe got home, we realized we were also missing 2 of the items we had paid for. But again, we decided it wasn't worth going back &having to deal with the incompetent employees again. Will never go back to this Subway, worth driving further to go to anotherone Read more
