Love it! The lobby was actually open and not busy. We have had bad luck when getting fast food at other places. The lobbies seem... to be closed a lot. I had the popcorn chicken meal with macaroni and cheese. It was delicious. The woman behind the counter wasso nice and patient while we figured out what we wanted. Will def be back! ???? Read more

The 3-piece crispy chicken meal (white meat only) was hideously bad. I received 2 breats that barely had meat on them & a wing... that was like a petrified rock, couldn't eat it. It taste like batter fried with absolutely no spices. The Mac 'n Cheese bowladvertised on TV for $5 was $7.99 and there really was no chicken, it was tasteless friend batter pieces and the worst mac 'ncheese ever. Threw this junk in the garbage. came in yesterday and order in Drive Thure and the Manager was on her phone and took order. She has a very nasty personality... about her never friendly at all. Told her I wanted 2 large drinks and still they gave me med.The new crew member said he wouldhave to charge me for the 2 Large. First of all, this place can't seem to keep help and always have people that have somethingstuck up their butts very nasty attitudes. If place really should be closed because due to the lack of customer service, it'sall about money to them and not how it uses to be with fast friendly service no one goes beyond there call as a team member andtries to make you stay pleasant. you can tell the store is not doing as well as what it used to be. I think the only reason it'sstill standing is it's our only chicken place. Staff was rude and dirty. Uniforms looked unwashed and the cashier had foul smelling breath. Took almost fifteen minutes to get... there atention. After I did she was rude and loudly accusing me of being impatient. I left without ordering. I will not bereturning. Read more
