We had our rehearsal dinner at the Monroe location and it was simply perfect. The chef created a buffet style for guests with... sliders, chicken wings, hummus plates, etc. We absolutely loved the food/drinks and vibe. Super bummed. We fortunately arrived earlier than the ‘dinner rush’, we got there around 6:15 on a Friday night. There’s... only one girl running all front of house which is like 50 people if every seat is filled. And she said she’s always workingthe front alone. Our food was super delayed and my burger was incorrect. We watched three groups leave because they waited toolong to be checked in with. Really hoping they can properly staff and turn things around.
