Throughout the last several years things have been getting worse at this location. Often I am missing something but that?s not... my real issue. My biggest issue is everytime I go here the workers seem so unhappy. They start with what can I do for you andthen bluntly respond to everything in a tone like they hate you. Which I understand because food service is hard I?ve done itfor years but this seems extra unhappy. At the window they hand it to you without a word even if am friendly which I always tryto be. I don?t want to go to this location anymore because frankly it depresses me to go. If they treat them this badly here orif they hire people with no customer service skills, each option sucks. I?m just sorry they hate it and I?m sorry my closestwendys is run like this that it makes their workers so unhappy. Read more

Either I am just unlucky, or this place needs better management/ownership. Looks beautiful from the outside and in the dining... room. But I worked at 3 different Wendy?s for roughly 4 years, and none of them had issues like this one. Regularly there arelittle mistakes, but it?s honestly every single visit there is something or another. Forgotten items that you paid for iscommon, but since the dining room is almost always closed and there is only one narrow lane for the drive thru, you have tothoroughly check your bags at the window (which, if you didn?t know, ruins their line-time which often leaves underpaidemployees getting ragged on, so I personally always hate having to do that) which is the most common issue, but also things likestraws, sauce, forks, etc. The employees themselves are great- still kind and respectful even when they are CLEARLY feelingoverwhelmed/frustrated, happy to help and fix things, which is why I am firm in my following statement- this is NOT an employeeissue. It seems like management is not ensuring that the employees have the tools to succeed- in positions that suit theirexisting skills, working with each employee in a way that works for their learning type to help them become more well-roundedover time, scheduling strategically so that there is a good team working together who?s strengths and weaknesses compliment eachother for an amazing team, etc. Plus? I have to wonder if a lot of their money went towards remodeling because on multipleoccasions food has simply tasted? off. Not like it has gone bad, but? like it is certainly close, or getting close. Or maybe itis a corporate thing- cutting corners to save costs and quality is suffering. All I know is that no matter how much Wendy?s isa ?comfort food? for me? I love eating at Wendy?s but the Monroe location ain?t it. Billboard says ?dining room open?, so naturally the dining room is... NOT open. No worries, you can wait in the crazy line other reviewers mentioned. Today the line overflowed onto highway 74. Read more
Worst fast food experience this year! The chicken on my Asiago club Sandwhich was clearly made an hour plus before it was sold... to me. The worst Asiago Sandwhich I ever had from any Wendy?s, and that?s my favorite Sandwhich to get from there. FIREEVERYBODY STARTING FROM THE TOP! Read more
This is beyond Ridiculous and someone needs to take accountability for such poor attitude and Intentional neglect. We have been... in the drive thru now for 72 minutes and still have not been able to place our order!! This is a joke!! Once your in this line,you are a prisoner and you can't get out due to the side. I truly believe the employees do this intentionally. I called to askwhy they were taking so long and while speaking with the employee on the phone I heard people who sound like small kids in thebackground cussing and being really loud as if there were a jungle gym in the kitchen.. If you cannot fill staff because of yourignorant behavior then you the current employee?s are definitely the problem. Shut this place down and re-staff yourestablishment Wendy?s this is the reason your store will continue to get bad reviews and lack of customers. FIX THE PROBLEM andget your GM involved, I mean that?s his job to make people accountable for their actions. Seems like the GM must be the samebeing that this is an on going issue.. Unfortunately the staff was short. We were in line at the drive-thru for a good 20 minutes cars moving through doing the best... they can to get people in there but then it stopped and for another 30 minutes we were just sitting there. No one came out. Noone disgusted anything with us so I walked in and asked at the window. We weren't allowed in the store if they were going totake orders anymore and they said oh we're we're closed and it will be another 30 minutes before we take orders again. We got in line at 10:30 pm behind 4 other cars. Once I made it to the speaker at 10:40 pm an automated message stated that they... were closed. Not only was it too early for them to be closed but now I had waited ten minutes and there's a barrier thatprevents you from abandoning the line so I had to wait in a line behind others to still have to go across the street to cookout.Terrible experience Read more
