Having moved from a place which did not have any Sonic locations, this was my first trip to a Sonic. We had ordered online about... 15 mins before our eta hoping to be served quickly. The place felt deserted except for an elderly couple. The screen was brokenin the parking spot we drove into. Had to move to an adjacent spot. The food was brought out to our car fairly soon after we putthe order #. The burgers were sloppy and food was barely warm. Did not enjoy the taste either. I had high expectations for myfirst visit. I went down to grab a late lunch early dinner. I ordered a chili cheese foot long coney and instead it was absolutely loaded... with relish and onion, disgusting. I don't know if they mixed up orders, but I only found out once I got home unfortunately.It's on me for not checking while I was there, but seeing it on screen I assumed it was right. Learning less. The customer service I experienced last night was horrible. You can always tell when the employee doesn't want to be there. If... you're going to be rude to a customer just find another job. It's not always about getting food replaced just because anemployee didn't do what the customer asked them to do while placing an order. Then had the audacity to have a attitude while thecustomer is asking for a specific thing while ordering. More training should be required. I did contact the manager that was onshift that night. I really didn't want a replacement, I want the employee to be held accountable because it's going to continue.And by the way the reason why I asked for no onions and pickles was because I'm allergic to them. Pulled up to an order screen and ordered our food and we sat there for 30 mins no one came near us. We pushed the button to see... what was going on and no one answered so we left. Very disappointed!!! Will not go back!!! Read more
The service was terrible. I was there for over 40 min in 98° weather and moved stalls twice because noone was responding to... pushed button and I watched several people come in after me and get served. When I was finally served I thanked them for"finally" serving me and my horrible wait and how the buttons weren't working. He only response with what would you like toorder. It wouldn't have cost Sonic anything to simply say "I'm sorry".The food and drink were great though. Read more
Had not gone to a Sonic Drive-In several years. Last time I went I had decent footlong hot dog and burger. Took my elderly... mother because she wanted a hamburger from Sonic. We ordered a number one and number two to go. I must say I've never been sodisappointed I paid almost $19 for the food and a tip of $3 before I open the bag to leave. The outside wrapper of the burgerswere greasy and after removing the wrapper the burger itself was disgusting looking. Also received tater tots there were coldand soggy. Through away all food. Should had asked for a refund but I did not. Will never waste my money at this establishmentagain. Read more
