Stood back from the walk-up window while looking at the menu, allowing other people to walk past us and order, and heard some... workers inside insulting us for wasting their time???? Just felt super rude, we were intentionally not blocking anyone and whenthe window asked if we needed to order we told him we were looking af the menu. I try not to leave bad reviews but..... 3 out 3 times got my order wrong and the milkshakes are to strong with the syrup. No one... could eat that and enjoy it. The staff seemed friendly enough. Maybe they just need help. Read more
Love Cookout. Even worth the wait in the drive thru. I started ordering whatever they post on their board. Today was Corn... Dogs, which are awesome, and Orange Push Up Shake. Wasn't my favorite, could have more orange flavor. Looking forward to mynext visit! Read more
I usually try not to leave one star reviews because I can alwaysfind something that a restaurant did right. This location has... proven me wrong! The people working the window at the drive through had an attitude during my whole interaction with them. I'msorry asking for napkins makes me a bad person deserving of your contempt. Also, the greasy, smooshed, pitifully small, "big"double bacon burger I ordered with equally greasy onion rings left much to be desired. The $1.00 cheeseburgers at McDonalds havemore meat on them and taste better to boot! I will NOT be going to thi a location or any other cookout in the future. Read more
Let me start by saying, my husband and I typically love cookout. The location close to our house is always great. However, this... cookout was by far the worst experience I?ve had at any restaurant. We had the unfortunate experience of encountering what I?massuming is a shift lead and we will definitely never return because of his attitude and lack of customer service. Disappointed, my cheese burger had no cheese. The number to call and complain isn't a person. And my burger was pathetic. This... location often makes mistakes. The staff is okay. But I'm tired of them messing up my food. When your hungry and you pay forfood, you want what you asked for. Read more
