Don't go here if you want fast food sat in drive thru for 23 mins, and didn't move the workers are so ridiculously slow.

The food is really good here but they were out if any kind of sandwich that had turkey on it.
I went to get a roast beef sandwich and a sweet tea. I was sick but needed food. Didn?t feel like cooking. I got to the window.... Realized I didn?t have my ATM card with me. I live too far to go back home and get it and go back. I apologized and explainedthat I have never done this before. The person at the window, Josiah told me to wait a minute. Food was cold. Called and was told by one person that they would remake the order. She even remembered everything that I bought.... she said they had a lot of new hires and would remake the order. Then another manager got on the phone and told me that thefood was hot and that she would not remake the order. Was really rude. Will not be coming back. Read more
On 6/11 at apx 8:30 pm we went to this Arby?s. The door to the dining room was locked. Cars wrapped around the building,... waiting. As people got frustrated and drove to the KFC next door, we moved up to 2nd in line. I asked the lady in the car infront of me if anyone was working. She said they told her to wait. The lady inside heard the remark, said they only had 2people working at the store. The car lady said if she?d been told that she?d have left. Angry words were exchanged between themand the women in the car was called a ?bit?h? and invited to leave. She did. When we got to the speaker we were told the storewas closed for everything but Door Dash business. That they only had 2 people working. Where was management? The franchiseowner? Getting help from other Arby?s? You know Management 101 stuff? Arbys is a good restaurant with a great menu. But? ifyou?re not staffed and ready?success has killed more businesses than outright failure. We went to the other Arby?s on IndianTrail. Good service and clean seating area. Food was ???? hot.
Was happy with this Arby's until this last visit on 9/20/22. We were in the drive thru and the order the employee handed us was... not ours. So we gave it back and told the associate the total of our order. We got the corrected order it appeared until we gothome. We started eating and both of our crinkle fry orders were half filled with curly fries which we do not like in the bottomhalf. The crinkle fries were only on the top half of each box. We will not be returning since that was not just a mistake. Read more
