There are no words to describe the explosion of taste I experienced in this small family owned pizza joint. They source their... ingredients locally and even produce some themselves. Pizza of the day depends on the ingredients available in the local farms.When I was there it was peach, so the pizza had peaches (yes, yes, peaches and omg soooo good), prosciutto, goat cheese andbalsamic... I can?t even begin to explain how good the combination was, not to mention the pizza had perfect crust. I?ve been toItaly at least 10 times, lived in NYC for a bit and yet that was one of the best pizzas I?ve ever had! Definitely stop by andgive it a try!
