I didn?t receive all of my order one day. Called up there and was told just to give my name and the two items that was missing.... Lady was super nice on the phone. Placed a second online order and informed them at the speaker about the 2 items I stillneeded. Pulled up to the window and was told I was only getting current order and to get out of her line. From time to time, I drive through this place to order a breakfast. Today, I ordered egg & cheese English muffin and coffee.... When I arrived at my office, which is about 5 mins away by car, I found two chocolate donuts instead of the sandwich I ordered.It is really disappointing! Read more
I go to this Tim Hortons basically every day and I am disappointed almost all time whether it be the wrong type of donuts or the... whipped topping on my ice cap but today was the worst day at Tim Hortons. My drink was not filled all the way and the employeeswere acting foolish. Read more
