They always mess up orders. Everytime ive gotten more then two things from here they mess it up. Either they make the wrong... drink or dont put the right things on my food or leave the things i dont like. Its not that hard to make food... they arent eventhat busy usually either. Just ridiculous. Read more

Lady working tried to give me someone else order when I said it wasn't mine she got mad got my order which was 1 bagel and 2... timbits slammed it on the counter and stared at me. I'm sorry I ruined your day by not accepting someone else's food. This isthe 2nd time this has happened. Will not be back and warned others as well that service is unnecessarily rude and your bagelswill be burned and smashed on the counter. Read more

I got an iced coffee and a biscuit toasted with butter. I was in and out. There was quite the line growing at the drive thru as... I was departing. Also a few folks entered behind me and were preparing to order so the place was bustling. Read more

Recently stopped by TH while the Franchisee was also there. To be very clear - this 2 star review is not about the workers or... the food, but because of his very obvious lackadaisical approach. His workers had a line stacked out to the road, and a linefive or six people long in the store. As he yukked it up with his friends drinking in the Cafe, his employees were short staffedand frantically trying to push food and orders out. He finally came back behind the counter to help and acted as though he wassaving them with this grand gesture of solidarity. His first customer was a deaf woman. I've never seen someone handle a personwith a disability so poorly, to the point the people in line behind her had to assist. He just kept that plastic, fake, snakeoil salesman smile and chuckle, while the woman struggled to be understood until she finally just gave up and took pictures ofwhat she wanted (everyone in line was telling him but he just kept laughing) . He was absolutely useless in helping thesepeople, and having worked as a DM of a similar franchise, I can tell you this man has no business owning a restaurant. He pulledhis baker to run a register, who had no experience doing so. This man is a joke, and I'm sure wonders why "no one wants towork". I highly suggest reading up on servant leadership, increase your employee wages and going back to your tee time. Read more

Me and my boyfriend and my daughter and her boyfriend all went to Tim Hortons to get some coffee treats. First of all we had to... wait on one of the drinks but instead of giving us the other 3 they made us wait. They took forever and it wasn't like they werebusy. Then my daughter's drink didn't have the chocolate drizzle (we had to ask for it) and the other 2 had very little drizzle.Mine was the one we had to wait for and it was just a vanilla ice cap. So all and all we are unhappy with this trip. From now onwe will go to a different one since the employees couldn't care less about consumer service and/or knowing how to make theorders Read more
