The food is good sometimes but the people are always mean to me every time I go :( I just want breakfast :(
Ordered 2 chicken chalupa meals light sour cream and 4 soft tacos and Mexican pizza. Didn't wait very long ordering, paying and... recieving food and they were some what busy , so I proceeded to drive home and not pull to a parking spot and check my food likenormal Because I had my teenage sons in the backseat screaming they were starving yet they just ate 2 hours prior to gettingdone with football practice. Get home and it was a BUST. At the table handing the little hungry gremlins their food and werecieved lettuce chalupas with 4 soft cheese tacos. I did call and spoke to Nikki a manager she apologized and stated they musthave been doing pan swaps( refilling the meats) . I would have waited to recieve what I actually paid for and let's ignore tacobells new prices . She did say we could come back and they would remake our order but I declined due to crabby hungry tiredteens. We did go back a few days later and they did make it right for us . I genuinely am curious where these 5 star reviews came from, or maybe these people are just from worse areas so this is... considered "good" to them. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes (I was watching clock, my kids were sitting in sunwaiting) for them to make the car in front of me a $5 box. So when I pulled up to the window I asked "how much longer do youthink you guys have left on my order?" And was responded with an attitude and "Its being worked on-- I'll go get a manager. Youneed a manager???" So I said sure, get a manager. Manager was too lazy to come to window so I had to continue to conversate withthe woman on "something" at the window, reiterated how I wasn't trying to be rude I just wanted to know how long it would bebecause my kids were sitting in direct sunlight for 30 minutes for an order 1/4 as big as mine. I was again given an attitudeand "it's being made, or you can just pull off". So I did. I'm not gonna be belittled for asking how long it'll take for my foodwhen it clearly takes this taco bell 30 TIMES the amount of time any other I've ever been to. There was nobody inside orderingfood so there's literally no excuse other than how poorly this location is ran. Ontop of all that, the prices are absurd. $2 fora cheese roll is laughable, so to wait an hour for your meal and get attitude from a crack head is just not worth even going to.This taco bell is why I don't live in Monroe, straight ghetto and everybody working everywhere is high on something. Great friendly service and the food was made to perfection unlike the Taco Bell on Dixie hwy they closed the lobby around 7pm my... order is never correct. Good job to you guys at your location Read more
Argued with the girl at the window because there was no ice in my "ice water" .... And she said there was.... When clearly there... was none.. Lol.... Also the consistency of the amount of filling in my kids soft taco's wasn't very good. Read more
The drive through was packed so i went inside. No one was there to take my order so i did a mobile order and selected cash. I... waited 30 mins before asking about my order they said i never paid so they never started it. I then went ahead and paid becausei was on my way to a 12 hour shift. The girl was kind crystal but i still waited another 20 minutes so was 30 mins late forwork. Taco bell do better. You make alot of money. Higher more workers and pay them better. I will never in my life go back tothis taco bell. The people inside are in just as much of a hurry as the ones in the drive through?. Read more
