This is the most inconsistant place ever....go daily for slushies and they never taste the same....how hard is it to make a... lemonade slush add cherry. The wait time for a slush is unreal also! Sit for 20 minutes for two slushies...really? Poorcustomer service and down right rude at times. Shame on you monroe mi sonic...you can do better! Read more
The Monroe Michigan location does not deserve 1 star. But I can't leave a feedback with a star. I think minis tons of stars is... deserved. Everytime we are in line for 30 to 45 minutes or more with 2 or 3 cars in front of us. And all we want is slushes. Youare loosing a lot of business. Many cars get out of line and leave. Order takers are always very rude. I used to really likeyour food. And I used to brag about how your corn dogs were the best. Now they are the worst. Always cold and hard. It is reallysad. Seems you people do an awful lot of apologizing, but very little to change anything. Service SUX, burgers are bland & tasteless.... Very few items worth ordering here. I don?t know what all the hype was about when you came north. Place looks deserted mosttimes I drive by. Wonder why ??? Read more
