Tried calling about 10 minutes before close, I just had a simple question that would have taken maybe 10 seconds to answer, was... on hold for 2 minutes, someone picks up the phone not long enough for me to say hello and then hung up on me, was a simplequestion and they were so disrespectful they hung up without either one of us having a chance to even utter the word hello.
