can only give the two stars because they one didn?t have the flavors that were advertised on their menu website. Secondly, they... were totally out of waffle cones, but that?s a big deal. I really can?t even give them 1 star, first the girl taking our order needed to hear it 5 times and she still didn?t get it... right. The ice cream was frozen burn and the banana split the put in a one scoop cup and she said we fit it all in there but ofcourse you can?t fit a banana split in a one scoop container. We also asked for extra pecans and not one. I am going back tospeak to a manager . This was so disappointing and the girl was rude!!! Read more

They have daiquiri ice here, yum!! That's hard to find at all BR's. Service here is always quick and friendly. Shares a shop... with Dunkin Donuts. Read more

I went tonight with my mom to get ice cream and the guy who was working there tonight was extremely rude, asked if we could get... a double scoop of chocolate and he yelled at us that we don't have double chocolate we tried explaining to him we don't wantdouble chocolate and he yelled over the speaker "I SAID 5 TIMES WE DONT HAVE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE". Finally when we got across tohim what we wanted he said oh ok. We got to the window and I asked for a manager and he told me no manager tonight only in themorning and I said fine I'll call in the morning, and as we were leaving he said you gonna call and I said sure am he laughedand said ok good I don't care!
