Takes forever for them to answer the phone and then they tell you to hold, then forget you were on the phone, I stayed on 15... minutes on hold while I drove to the next nearest Waffle House to order my singular chocolate chip waffle before I heard aresponse from the lady who didn?t mute it but heard someone say ?you left the phone off the hook, then the person says oh I leftsomeone on hold then answers and says oh shit? Pretty disappointed called and ordered ahead two chocolate chip waffles all American meal with eggs over easy and grits and a... ham and cheese omelette with grits. I got to the restaurant I was helped right away and greeted with a smile. I asked thewaitress if everything I needed to eat was in the bag and she assured me it was, I said because I had a ways to go again sheassured me everything was in the bag so I pay my bill gave her 25% tip I was on my way. As you can tell from the picture I gotscrambled eggs Not over easy with my all American meal, I got hashbrowns not grits with my ham and cheese omelette and I didnot get the first fork or butter or jelly or syrup or anything at all to eat with or wipe our hands with so I have hunger crabbykids with nothing to feed them!????
