If you want fresh food i wouldn't stop here. It took 30 minutes just to get food that was wrong or burnt and oversalted. Not to... mention if you ask for a diet drink you better double check. I (a T2 diabetic) got served a full sugar Dr pepper instead of thediet I ordered. I know that they couldn't know that but maybe stick to what people order. And don't worry I'm not a big sodadrinker I just like to splurge sometimes but tonight that almost landed me in the hospital. Read more

Worse service ever . I sat at the drive thru menu and waited 7 minutes no one greeted me to take my order so I pulled around. I... pull into the car hop station to have to push the button three times the first time I could here the talking in the restaurantand then the light went dark. I pushed it again and they just turned it off. After the loud beeping. Third time must be a charmI finally got a medium coke after 13 minutes. Just downright despicable customer service. Read more

Worst sonic on earth. Ridiculously slow, disrespectful, it?s insane just how ridiculously bad this location is. For three days... in a row I?ve sat here for over an hour waiting too get a drink to go or quick order. You can?t even get them to answer theintercom for over twenty minutes. Customer Service was okay. Food was hot and fresh.... However, We had to figure out which drink was which because they were not... marked. Then we had to figure out which burger was which... I should not have to touch another person's burger to see if it ismine. It should be CLEARLY marked. Now with COVID and God knows what else... THESE things should be addressed. Had we ascustomers, not been as close as we were. .... Everything would have to have been remade. Read more

Went there on my lunch break was the first in the drive thru lane carhops kept coming to my car asking if this was my order... which none of them were after 20 mins I asked of they could check on my order and asked me what I had and told them the number 1combo and they informed me "she" canceled all those orders because they was out of fries and tots and I said well u didn't letme know u canceled my order ..so I preceded tonjust get my burger and drink since I had wasted almost my entire lunch break amdthen she comes back and tells me since "she" canceled all those orders I would have to go around and reorder...how anyone wouldthink this is how a business should be ran is beyond me...i want told when I ordered they was out ot tot and fries nor was Iinformed my order was canceled ...will never be back ever!!! Ordered a chicken tender sandwich. Got a crispy chicken sandwich. Waited 30 minutes. Had to ask where my food was. Fries... were cold, onion rings we're cooked in burnt oil and cold. Could hear staff in the background yelling. Poor service guy wasvery nice. Should have went to 165 Sonic. Read more
