How hard is it to make chicken and fries? It?s literally the ONLY thing you have, and yet somehow you manage to screw my order... up EVERY TIME. You undercook my food every time, so I ask for extra crispy chicken and fries. Both my fries and chicken looklike they?re hardly even cooked YET AGAIN. Not only did the person repeat ?Is that all?!? Multiple times back to back in therudest voice, but the person at the window completely ignored us. Terrible customer service and terrible food quality. ALL YOUMAKE IS CHICKEN AND FRIES. It shouldn?t be such a hassle to fry my food an extra minute or two, much less to the correcttemperature. Also, stop advertising chicken ?tenders? when all you sell now are chicken NUGGETS. I am visiting family from Connecticut. Raising Cane?s Chicken Fingers is one of the best chicken fingers I?ve had in a while. I... took the ?Chkn Sandwich? combo and it was delicious. I never have a problem with these folks here. If there was absolutely anything it's the sauce can sometimes be a little saltier... than some. But other than that this place is great for chicken strips. And lemonade. And tea. Best tea by far at any restaurantthey need to teach McDonald's what's up. Read more

I don't think I've ever had a complaint about chicken fingers or their sauce! I love getting the caniac combo with bread and... splitting it with someone. It's just worth the money for that sauce! Y'all I'm just repulsed by raising Cane's on Louisville Ave in Monroe. There was a hair wrapped around my daughter's fries. They... took the box and took it behind the counter and I don't know if they just took the hair out or if they replaced the fries. Cuzthey weren't hot like normal and it took a matter of 2 seconds to hand it back. Then there was another hair on top of my canesauce. Is it normal for them just to take the hair out and nothing else? Like that's disgusting. I mean we just got the food.Hadn't even taken a bite yet. I lost my appetite after that. Whenever I travel to an area with a Raising Cane?s, it?s a must to get something to eat. I could eat the fries and toast... everyday. Since I?m a dry meat kinda girl (i.e. no sauces or dips) the chicken fingers are just OK for me. No flavor, justchicken lol. I?m sure the flavor is in the sauce but I don?t like sauces so.
