Half my order went to room across the hall (staying @ Hampton Inn). And the room across hall didn't get one of the pizzas... ordered. Also gave a $20 tip. Driver only received $10. Then while trying to get it worked out. The woman working hung up onme twice. She said her name was Brittney. But doubt she was honest about her name. I rarely, if ever, order Papa John's because it's so exspensive. But today I did. I ordered ahead of time to be picked up at... 4:30. I sent my husband to pick it up.he got there a little early at 4:15 and my order was sitting in the window. He asked oneof the workers when it had been ready and they just stared at him. My husband picked up the box and the pizza was stone cold. He's not the type to say anything but I am. I know I could just put it in the oven, but I paid 25.00 for this dangin pizza andI shouldn't have to cook it too. Very disappointed and I won't order again Read more
Update: although my original review still stands true I'm let down by the quantity of toppings on my pizza everytime I order. I... visited this location 3 times in 2 weeks, 1st time I paid full price! And not happy with the amount of pepperoni I kept gettingon my medium pizza. So this last visit I ordered extra.... You'd expect double but I got less than the previous 2 orders. I'll give Papa John's 1 last try elsewhere. I won't go back to this location. Old review(still true): Friendly and helpful, theyoung lady taking my order was surprised that I ordered a no cheese pie. Turns out Papa John's original dough....
