We ventured to Outback on Saturday night around 7:30 pm. It had been a few years due to a previous rough experience at this... location. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of meat we were served. The bloomin? shrimp was extremely fresh. I ate thesurf and turf and the meat was cooked to perfection. I asked for medium rare and it came out to a T. I could tell the staff wastrying their absolute best to serve us. It looked like they were a tad understaffed but the remaining staff was putting on asmile and emitting a positive vibe. Pleasant surprises from the meal were the strawberry lemonade and prime rib sandwich. Bothcome highly recommended. Outback is a good experience, overall with a fantastic meat selection which shone bright on our meal. Read more

Great steaks, and even better service. We had a group of five for dinner on a Sunday night. We had a very attentive server. We... ordered a variety of steaks, and a couple of them came out undercooked. That's actually better than overcooked! The serverimmediately took them back. One of them came back and was still undercooked. And I think we had requested medium. The bestpart of our experience was that the server was on top of it from the beginning, and after the second try they got it perfectly.But the manager still took the entire steak off our bill. They threw in a dessert and a free appetizer card. That kind ofresponse ensures that we will be back! By the way the other steaks were all excellent. At a fast-paced restaurant you know thatthey're going to have issues occasionally. It's the quick and attentive response of a server and manager that make me confidentthat you're going to get a good meal here! It is a standard Outback layout, plenty of parking. It's on an access road off theinterstate. Pretty easy to get to although you do have to wind around a little bit. But it's not hard to find. The wife and I decided to go to Outback on a whim. We had not been in a long time, she also had a gift card from her work place....
