Me, my mother, & my boyfriend went around lunch time or sometime afterwards and I don't remember exactly what he had but, I got... the crispy chicken sandwich burger and I have to say, by far its one of my favorites to eat there. And this particularMcDonald's is one of the best restaurants in all of ouachita parish bc the place is nice, neat, clean, friendly, and it looksquite fancy if ya ask me. Purchased two breakfast meals. No hasbrowns in the bag. Also the owners are upcharging customers for purchasing a meal that... comes with a drink. If you buy a meal with a side and drink included in the meal price why am i being surcharged for the drinkat the regular size? I ask for condiments for my meal surcharge.. Manager is about as dumb as they come over the phone. So thecustomer has to drive back for refund when you have the receipt #... I travel and have never seen Mcdonalds charge customers forcondiments and reg drink thats included in the meal. Filing dispute with credit card ASAP.. Read more
The location was moving vehicles through the line quickly and I ordered at 6:48 PM, then I pulled forward to pick up the order... less than a minute later. I was told that the McFlurry I ordered would be ready in a little while and to pull forward and theywould bring it to me. I pulled forward and ate that entire meal and still did not have the McFlurry. I went inside to get it andI did not finally receive it until 7:23 PM, more than 1/2 hour, to make a McFlurry. Which of course they did not do because Iheard them making it right before they walked out and handed it to me a half hour late. My call: an F- for today. Read more
I'm not eating at McDonald's after today every one of these fries are soggy full of grease. They're hot but they are just half... cooked it's just pitiful the lady at the cash register has no respect if you're going to put somebody on front counter at leastlet them know how to talk to people. The manager there he is so polite he in the blue shirt is so sweet if it wasn't for himcorrecting the situation I would have been an unsatisfied customer. You know the facility was clean like always they had a lineout hanging out in the road cuz we love our sweet tea, but "I'm going to have to feen for that tea cuz I'm not going back to MD.I try using the app oh no it does not work for me. I normally do not eat McDonald?s and I normally don?t review, but I just went to this location on my lunch break. I had $2 in... cash and a few in quarters but I had to eat! Normally, McDonalds workers are rude at every establishment I?ve been to and I wasquite nervous knowing that I was sort of a complicated order, but Tracy on the drive thru was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. She was sosweet and patient with my order as I was trying to figure out what I could afford. She was all smiles when I got to the windowand that honestly made my day. When I received the food, the lady at the window was also very sweet (although I did not get hername). On top of this, the food actually tasted fresh and it was honestly pretty good!!
