Buyer beware!!! Waiter is cracked out, no joke. Took our order then came back twice 30 minutes later and couldn?t remember if... she took our order and our drink order! Also after we ordered she told us ohhh the coleslaw they have is horrible and to getsomething different once it arrives on table! Also told other staff in front of us that it?s an off night and she may need togo home! Extremely nervous to even try the food! ???????? also once drinks arrived we were told they came out wrong! The food was great other than the rice my friend was served under her teriyaki chicken. They say the rice is new. It was sticky... like mashed potatoes. My meal was wonderful. Ribs cooked to tender perfection, steamed broccoli just perfectly tender and aperfectly cooked baked potatoes. We had the perfect waiter, Trevor. Kept our drinks filled and took care of every need with asmile. He was great. So he made a great tip. Read more
If I could give this restaurant and staff 10 stars ???? I would!!! This Logans in West Monroe is MAGNIFICENT!!! They were able... to host me for my 3 large groups. Food was spot on. Service was impeccable ????. A special shout out to Kelly, Johnnie, theentire kitchen staff and Most of all Truly, who was my server for all three of my large group's!! I can't wait to come back! Went for a group gathering. Our individual waitress did pretty well, but for her taking care of a group she had basically no... help. Can't blame her for that- she did the best she could. The manager helped a little but should've provided more help or sentsomeone to help. Food orders were taken by a sheet you filled out & had your name - very smart. But when food came from thekitchen service had no idea what went where. Should've labeled the tables & had that number put on the order sheets - just athought. Salads & bread came out way after your entree. Could've had most of those pre-prepared & put sauces in cups - just athought. Drinks were basically self serve. Kitchen & food delivery was SO disorganized. Some people didn't get their food untilalmost an hour & a half later. My food was good & the waitress did her best, so that's why I gave 3 stars. Manager knew how manywas planned to attend yet it seems there was NO preparation for the crowd. Probably will be my last visit to this location.Hopefully their basic table service is better than group service. Read more
Every server there is very kind, and get you with a smile and a proper introduction of themselves. And the food was amazing! The... appetizers are delectable, and the entrees???????? are even better. I believe the grill master in the kitchen is Mr. Anthony. Ihighly recommend Logan's Roadhouse to anyone that is looking for a polite and family oriented restaurant, it's a homelikeenvironment. ???? What good evening at church then fellowship afterwards here at Logans steak house. I enjoyed my steak and the salad was very... good. Ive been getting blue cheese dressing everytime i eat out for over a year now. Many places, and here i rank the bluecheese in the top 3. Place was clean. Servers were kind and did a good job. Been here multiple times and normally had good service and food. Today, not so much. 10 min sitting, not even a drink order. ... Staff was too busy hanging out on their phones. Food came 25 min after order and the broccoli was actually rotten. Willnever come here again. When the bill came, not even an attempt to make an offer. Then when the manager finally came, walkedaway with an attitude. They finally did take 10% off and gave a gift card, however, we will never grace this place again. Read more
My first time eating here and I enjoyed it the food was good I bit cheaper that than Texas road house but almost as good the... restaurant was clean the service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. My mom felled and they went out of there way toinsure that she was alright.
