Management was very unprofessional, rude. I was asking her about any specials, so I assumed she was talking to someone else,... but she repectfully say, Sir I will help you in a minute let me finish this matter. She said she wasn't talking to me at thedrive thru, so when I pulled up to the window, She wasn't there. So a young man came to unlock the window, I informed himI was trying to order, she just left me hanging, he went to get the manager, no one came to assist me. Tried to eat at the Churches in West Monroe - that was THE nastiest restaurant I've been to in a long time. Thick black grease... stained the exterior sidewalk. The glass on the door was filthy. Right inside the door the walls had distinct drips along theentire length to compliment the large mystery splatters. THe stench of raw sewage underscored everything... So we left and wentto the Monroe location drive thru where I was served stone cold strips and luke warm fries with fresh hot biscuits... at leastthe staff was nice I guess ??????????? headed home to toss my food in the oven and contemplate my choices... Bad staff as a trucker is hard to get food and fit in the drive thrus and I?ve done this at other places I asked if I could... order through drive thru and they flat out ignored me cause I told them my truck didn?t fit and asked if I could order my foodthrough the drive they never responded but as soon as I left I saw they started speaking to the other people behind me Read more

Chicken wasn't freshly fried, tasted old! Fried okra could have been better. Not a good day for the workers.
Food was hot and cooked properly. Customer Service was great and I was met with a smile. Thumbs up.
