YES, the service is a little slow but I understand they have a staff shortage. BUT! The staff who are there, are wonderful and I... couldn't ask for anything else. I gave it five stars because I love the food but let me tell you I waited in line for at least 45 minutes before I could even... put in my order but it was around lunch time, I guess wait till like around 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon before you go toCaptain D's. Read more

I had the fish. It was good. Seriously though, it was greasy and buttery. They look like boring old frozen fish sticks, but... they're by far the BEST fish sticks I've ever had. It's one of those less common, less often chosen chains. But do yourself afavor and stop in on a Captain D's once in a while. Also, it was reasonably fast. Not so fast that you think it's been sittingthere under a heat lamp, but fast for a drive-thru. The wait was probably only a few minutes. Read more
