The WORST Burger King in Monroe! If I pay to add BBQ sauce ON my burger why would you give me a cup of sauce? If I pay to add... onion rings TO my burger why would I need to order them on the side? Let?s not forget one of the managers really needs to learnwhat professionalism really is because she?s most definitely NOT a good representation for the company itself. Do not use the BK app ever at this location. They workers obviously don't know how the app work with orders . Inside is dirty &... flies live there . They make it a problem if something is wrong with your order & or you want a refund! Very Slow & The linewait is long busy or not .Phone doesn't work & i'm sure they disconnected it theirselfs because they'd recieve numerous callcomplaints. Read more

Drive thru was a bit slow. Staff was decent, not super friendly. But maybe it'd been along day for them. I got there right... before the rush of lunch hour. Once that started they were backed up all the way around the building back to the highway. Foodwas freshly cooked & hot! Read more

Literally just finished eating my meal. Had to pull forward to wait on my spicy chicken sandwich meal for about 15 minutes. Got... home and discovered they put fries instead of onion rings like I asked. Second they were out of ice so I had to settled for afrozen drink. Third when I ate my spicy chicken sandwich it was burnt. I was too tired to drive 15 minutes back. Verydisappointed in the service and quality of the food. Read more

Was in the drive thru and the lady taking our order was rude and yelled at us even! Them my sandwich was made bottom bun, top... bun, chicken patty and then lettuce and spicy sauce everywhere! It took us 42 minutes to get 2 sandwiches!!!! Read more
