We were the only ones in the drive thru and the entire order was wrong. They're never busy because of the location so there's no... excuse for this. The fries were hot but no salt and the burgers were ice cold. Just terrible! Read more

This is the best Burger King location in Monroe. If you want Burger King in this area come here. The other two locations have... plenty of room for improvement. Read more

I just want to shout out the morning manager Brittany and her staff on 4/3/2022. Me and some family drove in to Monroe from... Texas for a 77th birthday celebration. The next morning we decided to find a Burger King, unfortunately the breakfast hourwould have been over before we could have made it there. I called and spoke to Brittany and she took my order and had the foodwaiting for us when we arrived. You guys were Exceptional, Friendly, Welcoming and most Respectful. This Burger King needs to have closed yesterday if u want to waste your money go there. Everything is bad attitudes, food, and... service .some don't even greet who ever the owner is he needs to fire the staff. I couldn't even give 1 star. This might be THE WORST Burger King. Ordering ahead is pointless. You can only go through the drive through, so don?t bother... choosing inside pickup. It takes about 5-10 minutes PER CAR to get a drive through order taken/received. And to top it off,ordering online after 8pm is a crapshoot because the store might?ve closed early, but they neglected to turn off the onlineordering system. Oh and rather than use the two window system, they have you skip the pay window, pay at the pickup window, andreceive your order at the end of the building. So the employees have to continuously walk back and forth to get orders out. Thisplace needs some serious management overhaul. Read more

The evening or afternoon manager. (Can?t remember her name) is rude as can be. How she still has a job here or worked up to... manager even I?ll never know. But the morning manager is amazing. She just went above and beyond to fill my order exactly as Iwanted. And super nice at that. I feel like that woman would give me the shirt off her back if I needed it. Fantastic servicethis morning.
