Every time I go they have 1 maybe 2 regular pretzels at most. Then have 1 or 2 workers standing around on a phone or eating... something. Who just wants 1 regular pretzel when they have a family? No one wants to wait 15 minutes for you to do a job thatshould have been done already. The manager of this place must be some clown because this place is a circus. Let?s call ourselvesa pretzel place and then have 1 regular pretzel on hand and maybe a specialty one available too. Read more

They never open on time. Here at noon on 9/11/22 and they are saying it will be 30 more minutes before they open. This is the... 3rd time that this has happened. I wish there are another location other than Pecanland mall. That location is not managed well. Read more

I like Auntie Anne's in general so I am disappointed that I can't give a more positive review. I was told to check back in 40... minutes for the mini dog bites I wanted. I came back 40 minutes later and asked the same employee about the dog bites and shesaid they didn't have any--as if our previous conversation hadn't happened. I hope the customer service is better next time, asthe food is good here. Read more

We drive 2 hours for my mom to go to the doctor, and after being at the hospital all day, I'm starving! Which we finally get a... bite to eat and our desert is Auntie Anne's! So we always buy 4 pretzels salted, eat one on the way home, save the other one forthe next day. Which are great heated up! Well I get home tonight after my two hour drive only to open the bag and have 2literally "burnt" pretzels! I don't think the girls working tonight would have sold them to their own mom. $15 WASTED!!! I will"NOT" be back so disappointed!!! Just sucks to spend $15 on 4 pretzels and extra cheese for NOTHING!!! My dog wouldn't even eatthem, seriously!! Read more

The worker was rude. They sell customers items they dont have and you have to take something else or you will be out of your... money because they will not give you a refund. We walked out with anything not even our money. When i talked to the manger acouple days later he was just as rude. Im so done!!!! Oh yes this was at the pecanland mall in monroe la. and it seem im not theonly one that has problems from there. It was a girl with brown hair and a smart mouth guy named Ryan!!!!! Read more

Me being 6 months pregnant and craving a jalapeño pretzel stopped at the kiosk in the middle of pecan land mall where only one... person was in line. I expected a 10 min wait seeing as that's what happens every single time I go there. I waited in line forover 10 min where I already asked once if they had what I wanted. The 2 young employees looked over their shoulder in responseand continued to talk amongst themselves and finally came to counter 8 min to tell me after they looked on the counter once totell me they were out of them. The jalapeños are kept in a cooler under in counter and the pretzel only consists of a fewpieces Ina regular pretzel. I will never go back. I believe any business that cares about their customer service should bebetter managed than that!!! Read more

While at Pecanland Mall, I stopped at Auntie Anne's for an almond pretzel with caramel dip. They were out, and said they would... put some in the oven; it would take 10-12 minutes. I told the cashier I would be back, then walked around the mall for about 20minutes, to give them plenty of time. When I returned, there were 6 or 7 people in line ahead of me. After standing in line for20-25 minutes, only 2 people had been served. I walked to the front of the line just to make sure they had almond pretzels. Again, they told me they were out and it would take 10-12 minutes. She told me they had made some but had sold out, and the onlyway to make sure I would get one would be to pay in advance for it. I said "thank you, forget it", and left. You would thinkthat if the almond pretzel was such a fast-moving item, they would bake more of them. I thought this was ridiculous, and thewaiting time was ludicrous - it was taking 10-15 minutes for each person's order. It will be a while before I feel like tryingAuntie Anne's again. Read more
