Long line upon arrival, asked to pull past window after payment, 2nd car passed window. Should've waited at window and checked... bag, arrived home and major part of order not received. We did however, receive multiple sauces which were probably purchased byanother customer. No silverware, no napkins. Upon calling manager asking for refund to be retrieved tomorrow, asked to remember3 word code to validate refund next day for $7.99. What is really going on Zaxbys? Read more

Zaxby's is a great restaurant. I never really have a bad meal from Zaxby's which is rare and that's a good thing. Everything is... so delicious there but I wish it wasn't so expensive to eat there and I also wish they bring back the sensation salad and themilkshakes. They once had great milkshakes there. I love that orange ginger vinaigrette on that sensation salad, it's sodelicious. Read more

Yikes... it's a yikes for me... this place has always been hit or miss but tonight caused me to write this review. Had a long... night of running errands and at 9:45 realized I still needed dinner. I drove across town and made it in the drive thru line at9:54. The line was backed up from the window to the speaker, I was one car behind the speaker. We all sat there for 6 minutesuntil 10:00, what a coincidence. When I pulled up to the speaker I was told that they were sorry (facts) that they were closedfor the night. I informed them I had been sitting in the drive thru line one spot shy of ordering for 6 minutes and it would bereally great if they could take one more order. They thought about for a second and reluctantly said yes they could do one moreorder. I started with my order wings and things traditional, she came back with "boneless or traditional" so I repeatedtraditional. Then I asked for a 5 piece boneless meal with a Sprite and a side of Buffalo sauce. She came back with I'm sorry, Ididn't get any of that... I repeated the 5 piece order with a Sprite and extra Buffalo sauce. She said there will be a wait onthe boneless wings do you still want them? Uh yeah, still hungry, what's another few minutes at this point.. She said your totalis $8.85.... I wish.... so I said didn't you get the first part? The wings n things traditional that you had to confirm that Iwanted traditional? "Oh yeah, sorry bout that" then silence, no total, so I pulled to window where 4 teenage (possibly early20's) girls were giggling amongst themselves, one of them opened the window and said 22 something... when did wings and thingsbecome $14 after tax? Doesn't matter I won't be back.. SO THEN AFTER I PAID I was informed they were now OUT OF BONELESSWINGS?!?!?! Food was good. Staff doesn't acknowledge you when you go to the side of the counter because you need something. Went twice and... both times people just walked on by me or would just look at me. Order was incorrect and had to be remade. Tea was awfultoday. Took way to long to get our food as well. Read more

Definitely not coming back anytime soon. Just the wait alone took 15/20 mins. When I got my food, they forgot my drink and then... had an attitude about it like I?m bothering them. The food itself looks like that slapped it together and threw it in the box. Read more

Does anyone else remember when they used to actually toss your wings and tenders? I always ask for my tenders to be tossed in... buffalo sauce and they always come out looking like they just squirted a little sauce on top. At least they keep the drive thrumoving here. Read more
