I used to come and have breakfast every Saturday with my husband until I had my baby. We loved the Saturday staff. Well, we have... our hands full but still enjoy the food. So when togos became limited, my husband showed up before 8am because they said notogos after 8. No biggie. However, today is Wednesday. I got up super early and got to wafflehouse at 3:30am to order my husbandbreakfast for his birthday. Not a single guest in sight and the staff will not make me a togo order. So I drive to the otherwaffle house down the street. Same thing, no guests in sight. I ask if they would do a Togo order. "Sorry, it's dine in only."Okay so then why does the sign say no togos on the weekends between these times? "Oh, it's by basis." Okayyyyyyy. It seems likethere is some kind of confusion or some people just don't want to work nor make money.... Either clarify no togo's at all orhire a staff that wants to work. Very disappointed. Read more
Called and no one answered, pulled into parking lot and two waiters talking , one other worker on the phone(personal phone) .... They have a sign outside saying they don't do to go orders between 8am and 3pm on weekend mornings. It's 2am and they don't doto go orders. Should change their sign and maybe answer so people don't make a drive for nothing ,luckily I was next door at thegas station so I didn't drive far. Manager in charge was rude . Read more
Stopped by at 7:30 PM for dinner tonight. Two wait staff and one cook. 6 booths occupied. Our order took 20 min and was... Incorrect & incomplete when it was served. Didn?t want to wait another 20 min, so, paid full price + 20% tip without eating andbounced. Read more
Food this evening was borderline health violation. Bacon-undercooked. Eggs-extra runny. Waffle- undercooked. Tea? stale.... Hamburger had a puddle of grease it was swimming. The only thing finished was the toast (which was stale). I feel nauseous as Iwrite this review. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Loganville location for a great Waffle House. Read more
8 staff members and the most that were working at any time was 4. Usually just 2. At one time 6 of the 8 workers were blocking... the waitress/waiter exit area eating, drinking, laughing, checking phones while customers went unattended. After they finishedeating the party moved to the back where they continued to laugh and cut up. One person even stuck his head out and tried toget one of the 3 people who was actually working to come back there saying "you have to see this". One waitress, I believe herename was Michelle, called for a cook, then asked if someone back there could come out and cook and then she cooked the orderherself. Read more
Food fixed wrong with a few strands of hair I told her that I didn't want or order. While eating started eating and found things... that would make you sick from consuming. Upon further inspection found what seemed to be bugs by the table. And looking aroundand get to see other things that should not be on tables where customers eat.
