I placed a big catering order a couple weeks ago and my experience was incredible! Not only was the food delicious, Katelynn and... her team kindly answered all of my questions (and there were a lot), kept me updated with everything along the way (she tweakeda few things I had messed up with the order to help me save money), and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable! Panera in Monroe was great. I ordered ahead online and my order was ready right on time and the special requests were all taken... care of. We eat plant-based so I modified some of their menu items to accommodate our diet. Inside the restaurant was clean. Ididn?t interact with any staff on this visit. Read more
The food is good. I like the soups and salad. My kids like the flatbread pizzas. Their cinnamon latte is good. Drive through can... be slow but keep in mind it?s not a burger place. Read more
