I regularly go here every Friday night. Waiters always remember me and the group I go with which is nice. I always get the... wings. I realize they're an appetizer but they are so good I can't share them with anybody else so I just turn them into ameal. It's a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for when it comes to food. Our waitress took 10 minutes to first come to the table. She obviously didn?t want to be there. The steak was under cooked BOTH... TIMES. I told her it was my sons birthday and finally she brought out some ice cream alone and told me that no one wanted tosing. Very bad experience! I thought Longhorns was better than that. Read more
The food was good, but the service from our waitress sucked!! I had to ask for refills, dishes to be removed so our food would... fit on the table, not a smile, or concern for our needs. There were items that we never received, but she would have known ifshe came to check on us. We occasionally pass through this area, and decided to stop and try the food at this location, butnever again. I will just stick to the Athens location. Read more
We had such a great experience tonight! The food was good as always but it was the staff that really made tonight great. The... manager is always nice and you can tell he cares for him employees. While one of the better places to eat in Monroe,it is easily the worst Longhorns to eat at. After months of eating at LH's... Bethlehem,Athens and Snellville , I decided to order Chicken Parm in Monroe and got shoe leather flavored chicken. Zero qualitycontrol. There has been a noticable growing Monroe regular crowd at the other locations recently. Worth the drive to find betterfood quality. Very disappointed. We asked for sprite and when we got them, the waitress acted like we were crazy for saying that it wasn?t... sprite but carbonated water. We had to ask for refills, three times before we got them. Raw meat, asked to have it cooked more.Brought back a different plate with different sides. I asked for the sides I ordered. They took it back again and brought mesomething totally different. I told them that these were not the sides I ordered and was told that that was the best they coulddo. It was my birthday and they didn?t even care. We will not be revisiting this location. Read more
