Ordered on the app today, told to pick up 7:11 to 7:25. Your employee never acknowledged he had found my order. Then he said... it?s in the oven. Then he asked again, what did I order. After standing and watching numerous people get their pizza for 15minutes, I left. Now, I have to have my bank reject payment. You lost a customer of 5 years. Read more

Absolute joke of a restaurant. LAZIEST employees I?ve ever experienced. I was in the store waiting for my food and at 8:45 I can... hear the employees LOUDLY talking badly about the customers and yelling at the guy taking orders to ?tell everyone we?re closedfor the night whether they like it or not.? I?ve worked MULTIPLE food services job and I have never treated customers like that.It?s always something. Management needs to train people correctly. It?s ridiculous. The ?manager? also needs an attitudeadjustment. If you?re mad about having to WORK at work, you need to grow up instead of acting like the children you?re managing. Read more
The new manager Maranda gave me new hope for Little Caesar?s as a whole. She?s extremely professional and made a great pizza... recommendation when I wanted to try something new. I don?t eat at little Caesar?s much but if I do, it?s this location. Highlyrecommend since they are under new management. The store is cleaner, food is done promptly and the staff are all polite. I placed an order through the app and if it had told me it would take and hour and a half for our pizza to be ready I would?ve... gone someplace else. When we got there they were really backed up inside. But then one unpleasant woman left with 20 pizzas so Iguess she was the cause of the back up. So that part was unpleasant. However, the employees were very nice and while the pizzaisn?t that great once you get it home, straight out of the oven it?s delicious. Read more
If you looking for the hot and ready pizza you ain't gonna find it here. I ordered through the portal and said was gonna be... ready at 6:58 to 7:02 so we get there just at 7 and the lobby is packed with people who have been waiting for almost a hour.
