Usually love Church?s but this just didn?t have their signature taste. Not to mention I found chicken to be bit flavorless and... overcooked. Horrible what has happened. The chicken do not have any flavor anymore. They did not have regular chicken had to wait 30... minutes. No honey no hot sauce. Guy laying all over the counter just nasty. I drove all the way from Athens Ga just to have itand was very disappointed. I throwed just about all that chicken away. The only good thing was the mash potatoes with gravy.Will not be making that drive anymore. Read more
My dad's favorite place. Store is not the cleanest. The location is questionable. Food was fresh and good. Tea was horrible and... they had no artificial sweeteners. The guy at the counter was great. Read more
Fried chicken good, okra burned, smoke house reminder me of a small baby chicken stolen from the coop too soon, wing rock hard... and the entire half super dry, horrible. Rest of the order ok???? In all fairness this Church's all the smokehouse chicken ishorrible this time around! I had it in a different state about 3 weeks ago and it was the same. The chicken was good. The service was ???? ???? S.L.O.W. It was not even crowded. There use to be a young lady there she was... GREAT. I KNEW SHE WOULD LEAVE EVENTUALLY. She had THE BEST customer service. There was a manager possibly Indian or something(not being funny just dont know) he was quick and on top of everything, he was not there. This place needs a SERIOUS renovation.The area is coming up, the businesses should follow suit. Read more
I just want to say that whoever was working the day I went by is the real MVP!!! The gentleman working in there was handling the... orders and food possibly.... all of our order was fresh. I know nowadays there's a wait for service at fast food places but thisis worth the wait. Kudos to the crew there! Read more
