For an establishment that's known for making ice cream products, the employees at THIS Brusters in Monroe have no idea how to... make a MILKSHAKE! Our 1st ones were milk with absolutely NO ice cream! My wife ordered hers x-tra thick. That was a joke. Iordered Butterscotch & got vanilla milk instead. The next day I got our replacements. AGAIN, whatta joke! This time at leastthere was ice cream involved! They STILL didn't make my wife's thick & this time only slightly tasted like Cotton Candy.Also,mine STILL didn't taste like Butterscotch.The only reason I gave them 2? was becuz the salesperson was pleasant.
