Don?t come here. They?ll steal your money and not give you your food. Always forgetting to put stuff in the bag. Worst customer... service I?ve ever encountered. ?????? Corporate Customer service acknowledged the issue, and apologized for the employee?sbehavior. Full refund was issued as well as an assurance that the issues would be addressed. We love Popeyes I just suggestavoiding this location at all costs. Read more

This place in monroe is a joke. It?s not the food, it?s the workers. It?s 630 and they don?t answer the drive trough and they... refuse to let you inside, then shut the window on you when you ask if they are open. Read more

Great food. Good service. My only concern is the young man working who kept scratching at his hair over the food station. Yikes.... Shouldn?t he have a hair net on anyway? Fortunately, I had received my food before I saw him. Health code violation? I think so. Read more

My Cajun filet biscuit with added pimento cheese was the best biscuit I have ever had. I mean I did not want it to end.... Delicious! --I saw how long the line at drive thru was and got worried but quickly realized, they were on their game. I didn'thave to wait an unreasonable amount and the cashier was so so nice! This place gets 5 stars! I WILL return for one of the bestbreakfast biscuits on the planet. ?? Read more

The food was good & the line wasn't wrapped around the building like at the Panola Rd location. I enjoyed the experience!

I'd rate it lower if I could. The staff was given two cards for payment and told how much on each. The employee made a mistake... and because of that we didn't have the correct amount left to pay. Rather than admitting their mistake and working to fix it,they called us poor, heckled us and threatened not to give us our money back at all, recoding us the whole while. So, honestly Ihope they all get or got fired for how they acted, and I'll never go to bojangles again, let alone this establishment. Read more

Ordered $40.00 worth of food. Asked drivethru to repeat back order and confirm. Got home, missing food. Some of the sides were... frozen solid. No receipt in bag or given to me. Called store and phone goes to voicemail that is full. Terrible way to dobusiness!! Read more
