Slow service even with no line all leading up to a Watery milkshake. I asked them to go light on milk they ignored it
The lady had a hard accent and our drink was way too sweet. My mom felt to bad to say anything.

Too much of a hit or miss. 2/5 times they'll get it right and I'm just tired of playing those poor odds. Tonight I placed the... same order I've placed literally 5 other times and she didn't know the item I asked for, then acted like she did, then made itand didn't put any caramel, peanut butter or hot fudge and then charged me before giving me 2 scoops of ice cream and sometoppings in a cup for $12. I asked for a refund and she didn't know how to do refunds so now I have to go back in the morningand try getting a refund. Waste of time, money and gas. Just had to be honest and say "we can't make those at this time as wedon't have any ingredients except ice cream and crushed toppings tonight" and I would have just been on my way.
