Restaurant was filthy. We ordered nachos bell grande with no beans. They had very little meat and cheese only and no sour cream... or tomatoes. We ordered a bean burrito with NO onions - there were onions. It?s unfortunate kids don?t take their jobs seriouslynowadays. They were goofing off in the kitchen. The kitchen floor was disgusting. Update: service good today- taco shell was stale. Oter than that- great food! This Monmouth Taco Bell serves breakfast... now! Good service and fast! They always start the drive through greeting with an inquiry how are you doing today. I know it'sjust a scripted line but it does add to the overall friendliness of the business. Read more

They always forget something, one time recently and a friend and I ordered 2 separate orders in their drive thru and the cashier... handed us a medium size bag over stuffed and busting out that contained both orders not even separated. When I asked her if shewas serious she acted like it was a problem that I expected them to be bagged separately I mean I ordered it separately sochances were at 2:30am the bags were not going to the same place. The employees were very courteous and professional when order taking. They informed me they were actually out of most of the... meat but they could make things vegan. However I ordered something with beef which they had but my beefy melt burritos weresupposed to have red strips on them and they did not. I love their added texture. Best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is always hot, fresh, and fast. And they NEVER get our order wrong! We literally got... almost $45 worth of TB last night and they got every single item right, it was alllll in the bag! Impressive. And they're alwayslike this. We've never had an issue ! Read more
Great food. Great staff. This was two years ago....now???? Not so much. I work 16-18 hrs a day between working at subway and... Smithfield. When I leave Smithfield anywhere between 1-2 am I'm tired and dreadfully hungry. Other than gas stations taco bellis the only thing open. I go here every night and order the same thing to take home and share with my kids. Other than refusingto bag my friend and my order separately the orders are usually right and their decently fast. Two days ago I decided to switchup my order and instead of getting 8 Doritos locos for 17 it would be better to get a party pack with two of them being Doritosshells for the same price. Well I only had 10 tacos. I go in the next night and order the same thing and let them know theyforgot two of my tacos, they ask for my receipt, and correct my order and give me my new order. Check out my pics and see howthey made the two they forgot. I don't care about the customers who try and get free food. I'm not them... I spend on average15-20 bucks a night on a little bit of fast food because money is NOT an issue for me. It's the principal. So the way you mademy tacos was immature and sad. I bust my butt to earn my money and I didn't appreciate it at all. I tried to be nice in thedrive and even apologized like it was my fault and that's how you do me? Did you think it was funny? I'm cool on going backthere. I'll go home and just make my own. It's getting harder and harder to find good service. Look at the pic of the first boxI bought. Does that look like 12 tacos???
