Got an online order which they always forget the drink. So I called them no biggy to see if they just run it to my house sense... they forgot it. I talked to a gentlemen at the monett dominos. I told him what was wrong and he was going to give me credit.Then he couldn?t find my order and didn?t know what to do so he just said have a good day and hung up. Read more

We got there to pick it up, yes early, but they were clueless of our order. We pulled around several times so cars behind us... wouldn't have to wait. After 5-6 minutes of being there one of the team members said, now who are you and what are you waitingon...after being there 8 min, they came to the window and said, we just put it in the oven...they should've done that when wefirst got there and they didn't see our order, it had been placed online. I straight up handed this back to them and politely asked them to add the garlic and herb sauce to the crust (something that is... usually on the hand tossed pizzas) and they had the audacity to tell me it just absorbed into the crust ???????? honey? herbsdon?t just disappear like that ?????????????????????? Lazy girl in the back just didn?t want to put it on tbh, but I?m not gonnaruin her day over it. They make the most perfect thin crust pizza around! I hate ordering pizza and it being burned or really thick crust, thankfully... when we risked it and got our favorite thin crust it was Amazing! The staff was quick and very friendly. We ordered online andjust went to pick it up, it was so easy and the place is not very busy. We got a two topping, chicken and mushroom, thin crust.OMG, it was mouth watering. This is about to be our new go to pizza place. Just look at the pictures, you will drool on yourphone. Read more

I get carryout here all the time and it's always done at the shorter end of the estimated time. Have never had trouble with the... service. The particular order that makes me write this review is one person was manning the whole store tonight, and he stillfound time to perfectly cut and top my pizza. I could tell from the pick up window he was swamped. So if management readsreviews please treat whoever worked closing shift here on 09/22/22 well. Read more
