Amazing...I wished I knew the two smiling women's names at the window???? not only their professionalism and friendly faces the... Cajun biscuit was the best I've ever had at bojangles...so apparently this breakfast team rocks!!! Being in the food industrymyself, I know what it takes and what goes into it to have great service???? so thank you guys for making my Friday...heading towork, ever more better!!! The food is good, staff were friendly. The service was however very slow. Came inside for a biscuit gravy and egg and cheese... biscuit the drive thru was barely moving and it took a very long time to get my food. They need better signage because comingfrom moneta it's very easy to miss the turn you have to turn before you can even see the restaurant. Went to get breakfast there on a Sunday and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese meal and a southern chicken, egg and cheese meal.... (Wife is pregnant and craves Bojangles) When I got home we had been given two steak biscuits. We don't particularly care forsteak biscuits so we ate our bo-rounds for breakfast. I didn't say anything because I know accidents happen. We went again thefollowing Sunday and literally had the same exact thing happened, we ended up with two steak biscuits. Keep in mind we live25-30mins away from Bojangles. I called them and they apologized and said they were putting our name on a list to get the orderwe originally wanted for free. The following Sunday we went there again. Went through the drive through like usual and placedour order. At the window I explained to the young lady what had happened and about the list. She was very nice but said she hadto talk to the manager. After 5 mins or so she came back looking very frustrated and apologized and said her manager was verymean and she would not give her permission to give us our food as promised. I asked to speak to the manager. After another 5mins the manager finally came over. She was extremely rude to myself and several of the employees. I calmly explained to herwhat had happened and she was very mad that she had to look at "the list" again. This time she found our names and said "finethis one time" while shing her head and mumbling under her breath. She then proceeded to yell at the young lady about a cellphone laying on an adjacent table which wasn't hers. She keyed in what she needed and stomped off without saying anything. Theyoug lady then took over, gave us our food and apologized for her managers rude actions. Needless to say it was a frustratingexperience but the employees were very nice and I honestly feel sorry for them for having to deal with a mean old miserable ladyas a manager. We had quite a house full of guests and Bojangles saved the day. The chicken is perfectly cooked, moist, crispy and Cajun spices... made it flavorful. Personnel at the restaurant were friendly & helpful. The order was processed in a timely manner. Read more
Usually very good, but yesterday the chicken and fries were sub par. Not as spicy as usual. Overall, a pretty brand meal.
