Want to confuse Culver?s and watch them lose their minds? Just order the flavor of the day concrete mixer the day after. They... acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. Same girl just the next day! I asked them to make the exact same mixer thefollowing day and they lost their minds over it. Had no clue how to make it and didn?t make it! Go get the curd burger now before they stop making it again!!!! I've never had one of these beautiful creations of awesomeness... until now. Unfortunately, they are a limited time item. A perfectly cooked beef patty topped with a perfectly fried cheesepatty of greatness. Together these form the most righteous of sandwiches! I decided to pair mine with cheese curds and therecouldn't be more of a match made in food heaven. I topped it off with a Reese concrete made with chocolate ice cream. Normally this Culvers is great. Friendly people good service. Today was a swing and a miss. Got 2 tenderloins fries and of... course curds. Tenderloins tasted like burnt cooking oil. Stop by for fish,potatoes gravy so cold the cheese was standing up and broccoli, my girl friend had a butter hamburger broccoli... w/ cheese and loaded potatoes. Everything thing on each of our plates was as cold as the shake she ordered. $42.38. it didn'ttake 12- 15 minutes for the meal to be delivered so it wasn't sitting. We didn't even bother to bite anything the managercouldn't understand why we wanted a complete refund. I took a piece of broccoli and put it in his hand ask him if he would eatit. This location is right in town and is very easy for us to get to. I guess depending on what you order will determine how quickly... you get your items. I have a family of 6, so I'm always on the waiting list after I order. Quality of the food? My kids lovetheir chicken tenders. Wife likes their butter burgers, so they aren't horrible. I like their Mushrooms Swiss burgers! TheirRuben sandwiches are pretty good also. I find that their deluxe burgers really don't have that much flavor to them, so a littlesalt and pepper added helps for my taste. It maybe fine for other people's tastes. No saying bad, just my preferences. My kidsand my wife say it taste good the way it is. Service of food. It is a hit and miss like any other restaurants. It can getbusy, so items can be forgotten I now always double check to make sure items are actually in the bags. Just take the time totake everything out and check even if it feels like a waste of time. There has been numerous times when I get home and have tocall or go back to get missing items which can become an inconvenience to have to drive back to get 1 item. Like I mentionedbefore depending on how big your order is and also how many vehicles are in front of you in the drive-thru will determine howfast you get your food. Sometimes you can wait as long as 15 minutes or more. Atmosphere of place is nice. If we do dine in.The staff is really nice. They always great you when you come in and that's a very nice jester. The place is usually very cleanand tables are cleaned before you get there. Easy to order inside and the service I feel is a lot a quicker. Kids enjoy thatyou can fulfill your own drink that make it a treat for them to refill themselves. I recommend this Culver's it is worth a try. We probably go 1 a month just because the size of our family, the bill reaches over $50. It still is a bit cheaper than someburger joints in this area.
