Another terrible experience I walked in I almost lost the heels on my shoe. I asked the cashier about a meal never got an answer... she walked away and went and took a drive up order. The customers all around me in front of the cash register said they thoughtthere was crazy glue on the floor it was totally disgusting. got the wrong order when speaking to a manager very rude and would not listen. in no way helpful to get a refund or the right... food very upset. would give no stars if it was an option. should be fired and definitely need some new employees. all aroundexperience was awful just stick with culver?s next time. Worse location ever! The cashiers will be here but no cooks, you wait in the drive thru for 20 mins, employees will let u sit in... the drive thru and not acknowledge you but will be standing at the window. I work nearby and whenever i try to order i cant,every time, i been working nearby almost 2 years. They have attitudes and just overall unprofessional! This place needs newmanagement or something. Ordered Ch'king Deluxe combo,, medium,, with Coke. Woman at drive thru taking orders hollers at a coworker through the intercom,... tells me to pull around. Kinda startled, I say 'sorry? A Choking Deluxe combo', then she interrupts and says 'I got your order,pull around '. Lady at window confirms drink, says the other lady will ring up, no problem. Gave her $20. No quarters in cashdrawer, asks me for $.15, no problem, $10 back. 5 min go by, first Lady asks 'what was your order?'... now concerned. Secondlady (likely the one from intercom) hands me food. I say thank you very much. 'Huh?' she says. I repeat thank you and pullaway... only to find this burnt, inedible, non-Deluxe sandwich in the bag. No receipt provided. I pulled into this Burger King at 7:05 in the morning on Tuesday, September 20. I pulled up to the drive-through to order... breakfast and I sat there for minutes on end with no response no good morning no communication whatsoever. I finally called therestaurant and the young lady answered and told me that they had a big spill that they were supposed to open at seven butthey?re cleaning the spill up.
