over 20 min in drive-thru this morning with only 5 or 6 cars in front of me. Meanwhile I feel like the other side of drive-thru... had over 20 cars get through. Service was quick, but ordered 2 Bagels, both burnt very badly, asked for mayo on one, paid extra 70 cents for it, but they... didn't put it on my BELT. Very disappointed in quality of food. Read more

Great team, awesome customer service. The main reason I'm rating so low is because of the logistical mess it causes for cars on... the main and side streets that are trying to get somewhere other than Tim Hortons. No matter what, main traffic is blocked by aline of cars waiting in either entrance of the drivethru. I am discouraged to use this Tim Hortons because of its locationhowever, its the only one on my route. Read more
About 2 good employees here, the rest? Completely useless. We use to go here twice a day every day for years but no more. They... almost always mess up your order, never have product, give completely wrong orders, I am done with this location. Need to fire99% of the new staff. Read more
