I was spoken to very rudely after listening to them yell through the drive thru speaker in a different language for 3 minutes. ... They eventually asked for my order, I wanted 2 items, after repeating myself 6 times to get the first item corrected on thescreen he started yelling a total at me. I said "I would like to add to my order " he replied "pull up or get out of here" andjust kept repeating that in an extremely aggressive tone. I tried to call to speak with a manager but the phone number does notwork. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I am never rude to anyone in customer service. Easily one of the worst experiences - Waited over 22 min in drive thru only to receive a breakfast sandwich with no bacon. Wife... went back in to have it remade and it was not toasted and ice cold. Went to a second Tim Hortons to have it remade, not equippedfor that sandwich. Then a 3rd Tim Hortons to have it properly fixed. Total time elapsed - 1hr. Never again Tim Hortons - tiredof the pathetic service and product. Read more

Worst Tim Horton's experience this year. It took 20 minutes to move 8 cars through the drive thru, them they got the order... wrong twice on the intercom (2 small ice Capps made with chocolate milk, nothing fancy), got to the window and they wanted$12.30 for our order, and they got it wrong two more times. I'm sure my granddaughters could of did a better job, needless tosay we have scratched them off of our list. Read more

Absolutely the worst store I've ever been to. Mostly due to the fact that the Blonde making breakfast sandwiches was pointing... out everything the lone young man working the counter was missing, rather than helping when she wasn't making sandwiches. Theyoung man working the counter at 9am this morning deserves a large raise, she should be fired. Took 40 minutes for me to getthrough 5 customers ahead of me and leave with my order. Read more

Very Rude person on drive thru. Couldn't even get the order in she kept saying " fine drive thru" then order was totally wrong!... Ask for xlarge 2cream. Was angrily handed things to the point it was almost dropped in my lap. The coffee was a large doubledouble and the doughnuts we're all wrong not one thing was what we asked for and the person at the window didn't want to fix it.???? Read more

If it says 24 hours online, its meant to be open 24HOURS. This is like the 3rd time within the last month that you guys decided... to shut down early with no change in your hours of operation online. Your location is right next to a truck stop, drivers needcoffee. They work day and night to keep the economy running and least you could do is hire a better management who canaccommodate the demand. You just cannot decide to shut down the store early whenever you feel like. If there is a shortage ofstaff, HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES. Location being next to a truck stop has so much potential in itself but poor management is throwingit to waste. From last couple months I have noticed your service has gone down. Even during day time, drive through line takesatleast 20-25 mins to move. People who try to grab a bite during their break, ended up wasting their lunch time by sitting intheir cars hoping that the line will eventually move. Very very disappointed... Read more

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a timmies location. I've driven across Canada several times and... have visited many tim Hortons in the process. Hard to say if this was just a bad day or things are like this all the time.Coffee was gross, hash browns were both extra greasy and under cooked (un eatable) and the wait time was excessive given thereactually weren't that many people waiting. At least one other customer gave up on their order and left while I was waiting. Tobe fair it seemed the staff there were doing their best but it felt like there was a lack of organization and training. Perhapsthe manager was not able to be on site that day or something. Regardless, I felt bad for those working trying to serve people. Read more
