Hours are incorrect on all platforms, except facebook or directly on door. Hours on google are wrong. Hours on their voicemail... are wrong, and hours directly on the website are wrong. When mentioned to the staff on duty, they replied with "Oh, we can'tchange that". With my years of experience in retail, I know this to be inaccurate. 1/5 stars for being rude and wasting time dueto negligence and laziness. Also, product has consistently been going downhill for years, with the exception of steak subs (thereaaon for the visit today, and the sole reason we have visited mcbuns for the past year). If you want a great pizza or an oven sub you NEED to check these guys out. There is definitely no skimping on any... toppings/cheese (my favorite garlic fingers of all time). There is nothing they make that isnt a step above anywhere else intown. A true gem in the city Read more

Carrot cake definitely not fresh? $37 and it tasted worse than it looks! Extremely disappointing birthday cake!!!

Second time I've been here and fairly disappointed each time. Bread was not fresh ( and stale in one day), baked goods were of... poor quality and flavour. I tried the pepperoni pizza slice on this visit and it was a large slice and had lots of cheese, butfor $5.50 the sauce wasn't very flavourful at all, and crust was subpar, not what you would expect from a bakery that issupposed to be making fresh product daily. Tried to order pizza. Called in and the person who answered said "yep" and left the phone down and never came back (I waited... for about 2 mins and knew she'd never be back. I could actually hear her in the background). This was after my wife had calledin a couple times prior only for the phone to be picked up and hung up. Your pizza is decent but it's not worth being treatedlike a nuisance. Hire more or better people. Read more
